Terms
These terms cover work sold from firstdeploy.ai by AgentHive Inc (Palm Coast, Florida). A signed scope or Stripe checkout wins if it conflicts with this page.
First Deploy (the product)
Setup is $1,750. Terms: start with 50% ($875 deposit) and pay the balance at completion, or pay in full at $1,750. The agreed leak goes live this week on a written plan. Projects scoped at 90 days are billed half upfront and half at completion. Then $250 per month per company to keep the desk and the apps on, starting at go-live (invoiced). Turn the month off and the line goes dark.
Consult time
The door is a free 30-minute qualifier. Paid time is $75 / 30 minutes, $150 / hour, or a 10-hour pack at $1,250 with $625 due up front. The free 30 is to see if there is paid work. It is not a deliverable sprint.
What you get
Fixed-price product work is the workflow we write down. Consult time is the operator in the room for the hours you buy. We do not guarantee a third-party platform result, a search ranking, or a revenue number.
Payments
Card charges run through Stripe. Pack deposits are applied to the 10 hours. Unused hours do not automatically roll unless we write that down.
